Elle Hamm

Designer. Founder. Creative Director. Media Personality.

Elle Hamm is a designer, entrepreneur and creative force whose career has moved fluidly between fashion, entertainment, media and culture. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, and based in Los Angeles since childhood, Hamm has built a career on instinct, reinvention and an unusually sharp understanding of what makes a brand matter.

Her entrepreneurial streak started early. As a sixth-grade student, she became her school’s top chocolate-bar salesperson. Years later, that same instinct for selling, branding and connecting with people would take her into the fashion business—first through her own designs and then through private-label and creative collaborations with some of the industry’s most recognizable names.

Hamm’s fashion résumé includes original apparel design, a presence at Fred Segal and placement in 52 Nordstrom stores nationwide in the junior department. Her work has extended into private-label and branded projects connected to companies and names including Tommy Hilfiger, Nike, Puma, Girl Skateboards, Chocolate, Diamond Supply Co., Fillmore Wheels, Fourstar Clothing, Def Jam Records, Sony Records, Hollywood Records, Universal Records and the Los Angeles Sparks.

But fashion has never been her only language.

Hamm also developed a career in entertainment and media, working in front of the camera as a host, correspondent and personality. She has interviewed artists and personalities across music and popular culture and worked as a fashion correspondent for the FX Network. She has appeared in more than a dozen national and international television commercials and worked across television and entertainment programming, with projects connected to Verizon, Nike, MTV, BET, Oxygen Network, Comedy Central and E!, as well as creative projects involving filmmakers and entertainment figures including John Landis, Jackie Chan and Pharrell Williams.

Her music, released as Elle Hamm and under the moniker Frankie Finch, has also been licensed for television and entertainment programming.

That intersection of fashion, music, entertainment and culture became part of Hamm’s signature: she could design the product, understand the audience and step in front of the camera to tell the story.

Today, Hamm is the Founder and Creative Director of FINCH Beverly Hills, an American luxury lifestyle house built around the idea of Luxury for Pets & Their People. Designed in Beverly Hills and made in the USA, FINCH began with premium leather accessories featuring custom signature hardware for small dogs and their people and is evolving into a broader world of fashion, accessories, lifestyle and design.

At the center of FINCH is the same philosophy that has followed Hamm throughout her career: create brands with presence—products that command attention and earn a place in culture.

Her work sits at the intersection of fashion and culture, where a brand can have both heritage and attitude.

Hamm is now building FINCH Beverly Hills while expanding her personal brand across fashion, media, entrepreneurship and creative collaboration. Her next chapter is less about choosing one lane than owning the space between them.

Elle Hamm is a designer and founder who, through a long career, has built brands, created culture and stayed one step ahead of where fashion is going next.
