We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Incorrect size selection
• Items that have been used, worn, or altered
• Items without original packaging

Exceptions — We will make it right if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item

In these cases, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment at Info@FINCHBH.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims will receive store credit only. No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
