When will my FINCH order ship?

Made in small batches.

Most FINCH pieces ship within 2–3 weeks of purchase. Select pieces that are currently in inventory ship immediately.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

FINCH ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are in addition to production time.

When will my FINCH order ship?

FINCH products are available through a limited pre-order period. This allows us to produce each collection in small batches with careful attention to detail.

Orders placed during the Founder Drop and public pre-order period will begin production after the  pre-order closes on August 31, 2026.

Orders are expected to ship 2–4 weeks after the pre-order closes.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

  • Never leave your pet unattended while wearing any FINCH product.
  • Inspect leather, stitching, hardware, and attachment points before each use. Discontinue use if any damage, excessive wear, or weakness is detected.
  • FINCH accessories are designed for everyday fashion and lifestyle use and are not intended for pulling, restraint training, or high-impact activity.

Fit & Sizing

  • Ensure a proper fit at all times. A harness or collar that is too loose may allow escape; one that is too tight may cause discomfort or injury.
  • Re-check the fit regularly, particularly as your pet grows or experiences changes in weight.

Materials & Care

  • Keep FINCH leather goods away from prolonged exposure to water, extreme heat, and direct sunlight, which may affect leather and hardware finishes.
  • If your pet has known sensitivities to leather or metal, consult your veterinarian before use.

Age & Size

  • Always select the appropriate FINCH size for your pet based on the applicable size guide and proper fit.
  • FINCH accessories should always be used under direct supervision, regardless of your pet’s age.

FINCH Beverly Hills is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use, improper fit, alterations, failure to inspect the product, or failure to follow these safety guidelines.

When in doubt, discontinue use.

How to Care for Your FINCH Leather Goods

Please handle your FINCH with care to help preserve its beauty, structure, and longevity. Each piece is crafted from premium leather and solid brass hardware with our signature gold-tone finish.

  • Protect your FINCH from direct sunlight, heat, rain, moisture, and extreme temperatures.
  • If your piece becomes wet, dry immediately with a soft cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.
  • Clean leather gently with a clean, dry cloth. For light cleaning, use a lightly damp cloth with water only. Avoid contact with hardware.
  • For belt bags and totes, fill with tissue paper when not in use to help maintain shape and absorb humidity.
  • Store your FINCH in the provided dust bag in a cool, dry place.
  • Avoid carrying heavy items in bags that may stretch or affect the original shape.

Our solid brass hardware with signature gold-tone finish is designed to complement the beauty of each FINCH piece. With time and wear, natural changes to the leather and finish may occur, adding character and creating a piece that becomes uniquely yours.

Return Policy

All FINCH Beverly Hills purchases are final sale.

Due to the handcrafted, small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Items without their original packaging

Exceptions — We Will Make It Right If:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

For approved claims, please contact Info@FINCHBH.com within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If your claim is approved, store credit will be issued only. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
